TeKHack is a challenge to bring student community on to a common platform to build technological solutions for the problems of people and businesses across the world. It would ignite the young engineers to bring out innovative ideas and build them as solutions.

JNTU Anantapur has initiated this event in hub & spoke model in association with five nodal institutions across the region. SmartBridge in collaboration with IBM as an implementation partner will organize the hackathons at nodal institutions & central hackathon at JNTU Anantapur.

Technology is a powerful resource to advance human rights and build more equitable societies. Everyone who believes that Technology can overcome tragedy should participate in “Call For Code 2018”.

IBM Call For Code 2018 global initiative expects to realize the full potential of the developers of the world to create solutions that significantly improve preparedness for natural disasters and subsequent relief activities when they hit.

This program brings together NGOs, academic institutions, enterprises, startups and developers to create new applications and drive innovation that can shape and save lives and help communities and people prepare for natural disasters. The initiative invites all participants to compete and build effective disaster mitigation solutions, with a focus on health and well-being.

Let's Harness the power of technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) to address the world greatest challenges – Natural Disasters.

Central Hackathon

The winners of various nodal hackathons will be competing each other at central hackathon organized at JNTU Anantapur. Out of all teams, the best three teams will be selected as winners of TeKHack-2018. The solution built by the winners can be submitted to call for code global challenge.

Prerequisites

The participants must have knowledge on IBM Cloud platform. Don’t worry if you are not familiar with IBM Cloud services, our mentors will support guide you to build your solution on IBM platform. We request all participants to attend the following webinars before attending the hackathon.
